12.00 Presenting complaint: shoulder pain since 2003. Painful now, 8 out of 10 in intensity. She thinks it may have something to do with her grandmother who passed away. She feels guilt and loss.

12.45 Shoulder pain is completely gone (some tension in the area, but normal as the arm has been used carefully for 10 years, and it will clear). She feels light and at peace regarding granny and herself. Grateful for her body giving her these deep reaizations.
